“My husband and I researched several realtors in the area before calling Patti Halpin out to our home. Patti had recently sold the house across the street from us; therefore we wanted to hear what she had to say about our home.
When we met with her, we were so totally refreshed by her honesty and her depth of knowledge about the area and real estate in general. “Mike and I were first time home buyers. We were excited to own our first house but also tentative about the many decisions and responsibilities that came along with that decision.
